Ms. Spencer received her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, Atlanta, Georgia, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Kathleen Herbach has rejoined the firm of Schofield & Spencer, P.A., and practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, trust and estate administration, real estate, business law and guardianships. She worked with the firm from 2002 - 2004 as Kathleen Constantine. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Manatee County Bar Association. She received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of South Florida, magna cum laude, in 1998.
